Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Engineer with 5–8 years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Jamf Pro. The role will focus on managing and securing enterprise Windows and macOS endpoints, device lifecycle management, application deployment, patching, automation, and Tier 3 support.

Mandatory Experience
- 5–8 years of total IT/Endpoint Engineering experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Jamf Pro
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage Jamf Pro for enterprise macOS environments.
- Manage Apple device lifecycle including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning.
- Configure Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) for Zero Touch Deployment.
- Create and manage Jamf policies, configuration profiles, smart groups, scripts, and custom plist files.
- Support Jamf Connect, Jamf Protect, macOS security, and software/package deployments.
- Design and manage Microsoft Intune policies for Windows and macOS devices.
- Configure Intune device compliance policies, security baselines, Conditional Access, application deployment, and OS updates.
- Support Intune and SCCM co-management in enterprise environments.
- Automate endpoint provisioning and administrative activities using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Zsh, or AppleScript.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and provide Tier 3 support and escalation management.
- Maintain endpoint security, compliance, documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Jamf Pro
- Experience managing enterprise environments with 1,000+ endpoints
- Strong knowledge of ABM, ADE, macOS MDM, configuration profiles, policies, and patch management
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
- Knowledge of endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, or EDR tools
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, Zsh, or AppleScript
- Understanding of endpoint security and compliance standards such as CIS and ISO
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
