MUST Haves Strong Communicator & Leader You're confident communicating and coordinating across teams to ship the code. Proven Experience You've shipped products at high-growth startups or complex projects. Ownership Mindset You take initiative, see tasks through to completion, and hold yourself to high standards. Startup-Ready Energy You're comfortable in ambiguity, iterate fast, and adapt to constant change especially in fintech and blockchain environments. AI-First Thinking You proactively use AI tools to speed up dev cycles and enhance efficiency. 2. Backend - APIs Development Develop in both Java Spring Boot and Node js (MUST) Expertise in designing and deploying microservices architecture for scalable systems. (MUST) Proficiency in PostgreSQL (MUST) Own architectural decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure implementations. Review code, enforce best practices, and guide the team in writing clean, testable, and scalable code. Coach, mentor, and upskill junior/mid-level engineers. Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java Spring Boot. Debug, troubleshoot, and improve backend performance and reliability. Leverage AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch. 3. DevOps, Testing Champion testing, and automated CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices. Conduct code reviews and maintain detailed technical documentation. Ensure high standards of security, performance, and UX across platforms. 4.
