Digital Experience (XEC) Specialist
- SysTrack agent deployment, telemetry, and analytics
- Cognix for Workspace use case implementation
- Experience scoring (device, application, user sentiment)
- Dashboard creation and analytics interpretation
- Automation via SysTrack (scripts, triggers, remediation)
EPOS SME
- GK EPOS solutions
- Windows‑based POS devices
- Store device provisioning and recovery
- EPOS patching and image management
- Peripheral devices (printers, scanners, pin pads)
- Remote and onsite support coordination
Image Management Specialist
- Windows Imaging & OSD: MECM/SCCM task sequences, WIM capture/maintenance, driver catalog management, BIOS/UEFI automation, unattend.xml/Sysprep, BitLocker pre‑provisioning.
- Modern Provisioning: Windows Autopilot, Intune device configuration/compliance, Update Rings (WUfB), policy baselines (ADMX/CSP/OMA‑URI).
- macOS Management: ABM/ADE, VPP, FileVault escrow, PPPC/TCC/system extensions via Jamf/Intune (image‑less baseline build).
- AVD Image Engineering: Azure VM image creation, Azure Image Builder/Packer, FSLogix, profile/container optimizations, MSIX App Attach.
MAC Support Specialist
- macOS administration across multiple versions
- Jamf Pro or Intune macOS (policies, profiles, deployment)
- Mac application packaging:
- macOS patching and OS upgrade management
- Troubleshooting macOS deployment and compliance issues
- Scripting skills (zsh / bash)
Digital Experience (XEC) Specialist
- Windows & macOS EUC environments
- Intune / SCCM ecosystem (integration and data correlation)
- Working knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- ITIL awareness (Incident, Problem, Continual Improvement)
- Experience supporting transformation programs
- Ability to translate technical insights into business outcomes
EPOS SME
- High‑availability retail environments
- Change, release, and testing in trading hours
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)
- ITIL Incident, Problem, Change Management
- Store‑level SLA management
- Experience working in retail trading environments with strict uptime expectations
Image Management Specialist
- Security & Identity: Defender for Endpoint integration, CIS/benchmarks, Conditional Access prerequisites, PKI/SCEP/NDES certificate deployment.
- Automation & Scripting: PowerShell, bash/zsh, Microsoft Graph API, YAML pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions), JSON/ARM/Bicep basics.
- Reporting & Telemetry: MECM/Intune reports, Log Analytics/KQL, Power BI dashboards for compliance, performance, and deployment success.
- Process Discipline: ITIL change/release management, documentation/SOPs, audit artifacts.
MAC Support Specialist
- Integration with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- ITIL Incident / Change / Problem processes
- Understanding of SLA‑driven operational models
- Experience supporting audit and compliance activities
