Position Summary
Event Coordinator are responsible for supporting the execution of events by ensuring a smooth, safe, and positive experience for guests, clients, and team members. This role includes setup, guest interaction, monitoring event areas, and breakdown activities. Event Staff represent the company’s brand and are expected to always maintain professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Assistwith event setup and breakdown (tables, chairs, signage, equipment, etc.)
- Greet and direct guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- Support crowd management andmaintainorderly flow of attendees
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and client guidelines
- Report issues, incidents, or safety concerns to the Event Managerimmediately
- Assistwith vendor coordination as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned based on event needs
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previousexperience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
