The Digital Marketing Operations Executive will report to our Head of Global Marketing and preferably be based out of Bangalore, India. They will liaise closely with our Marketing and Technology team members who work out of our offices around the world.

What you’ll do:
As a Digital Marketing Operations Executive, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing initiatives. You will support the content team by uploading content to our websites, including blog articles, itineraries, and reviews. Your role will be crucial in managing content across five websites in four languages, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Your responsibilities will involve closely collaborating with our content, CRM, and tech teams to ensure flawless data tracking across relevant platforms. You will implement and validate tracking codes for Google Adwords, Bing, Hubspot, and Facebook, bringing to bear your experience with Google Tag Manager.
Additionally, you will test and validate website forms and questionnaires, ensuring they are accurately mapped to our database. You will work with developers to test and validate updates on dev servers before deployment, ensuring a robust Quality Assurance process.
Your role will also encompass supporting SEO-related tasks, including running weekly crawls, fixing errors, and contributing to larger initiatives. You will assist the content teams with any technical issues, working closely with developers to resolve bugs. Experience with A/B testing and keyword research for SEO will be advantageous.
What you’ll bring:
- Proactive and hands-on experience with managing website tickets and solving problems/bugs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML.
- QA testing experience for websites, forms, and questionnaires.
- Proven implementation of Google Analytics tracking, and tracking for Hubspot and Facebook pixel.
- Outstanding collaboration skills and the ability to support teams efficiently.
- Strong English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a dedication to quality.
- Flexibility, agility, and a willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and prioritization skills.
- A university degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in website operations, digital marketing, or technology.
- Knowledge of website usability, development, and landing page optimization is a plus.
- SEO knowledge and the ability to conduct keyword research are a plus.
- Experience working with international teams is a plus.
