This is a full-time remote role for someone based in the U.S. or Puerto Rico who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is confident handling communication across multiple channels.
Schedule:
- Wednesday–Sunday
- Training (first 3 weeks): 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CDT
- After training: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM CDT
What You’ll Do:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Respond to emails, texts, live chat, and social media inquiries
- Support communication across Slack and internal teams
- Schedule and reschedule photo sessions and premieres
- Guide clients and respond to questions throughout the client journey
What Success Looks Like:
- 90%+ monthly CSAT
- 90%+ connect rate
- 10% or less missed call rate
- Timely responses during business hours:
- Guest inquiries within 2 hours
- Studio support within 5 minutes
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, concierge support, scheduling, logistics, call center, or omnichannel support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and learning new systems
- Experience handling internet-based calls and omni-channel communication
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a warm, guest-focused approach
