This role is worked at our US HQ in Camden, NJ. There is no opportunity to go remote or hybrid. Position Overview: As a Junior Data Analyst, you will support the organization's data-driven initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to key stakeholders. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for using data to drive decision-making. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and help the company achieve its goals. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection & Validation: Gather and compile data from multiple sources while ensuring its accuracy and completeness. Verify and validate data to maintain its integrity and reliability. Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets using SQL and other analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Provide actionable insights through detailed analysis and data interpretation. Prepare and present reports to summarize key findings and trends. Data Distribution: Utilize existing models to verify and distribute critical business information. Enhance and update models to meet evolving business needs and improve daily operations. Data Visualization: Create clear, effective, and visually appealing data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand data needs and provide data-driven support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Documentation: Document data analysis methodologies, processes, and results for future reference. Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills.
