</div><div>We are seeking a <strong>Board-Certified Endodontist</strong> to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple locations, providing advanced endodontic care in a modern, well-supported environment with strong referral flow from our general dentists.<br><br>
</div><div>The ideal candidate is clinically confident, efficient, and committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes while maintaining a compassionate chairside manner.<br><br>

</div><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Board Certified Endodontist</strong> (required) </li>
<li> DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school </li>
<li> Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program </li>
<li> Active and unrestricted California dental license </li>
<li> DEA license (or eligibility) </li>
<li> Current BLS/CPR certification </li>
<li> Strong clinical proficiency in modern endodontic techniques and technologies </li>
<li> Excellent communication and case acceptance skills </li>
<li> Ability to work collaboratively with general dentists and team members </li>
</ul><div>Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Diagnose and treat diseases of the dental pulp and periapical tissues </li>
<li> Perform advanced endodontic procedures including: <ul>
<li> Root canal therapy (anterior, premolar, molar) </li>
<li> Endodontic retreatment </li>
<li> Apicoectomy and other surgical endodontic procedures </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li> Utilize advanced technology such as digital radiography, CBCT imaging, and rotary endodontic systems </li>
<li> Develop and present treatment plans clearly to patients </li>
<li> Collaborate with general dentists to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes </li>
<li> Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation </li>
<li> Adhere to all infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols </li>
<li> Deliver an exceptional patient experience with a focus on comfort and education </li>
