Role Overview:
We are looking for an Employment Verification Executive responsible for conducting background verification of candidates by validating their employment history. The role involves interacting with HR departments, verifying documents, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct employment verification checks through calls, emails, and online research
- Validate candidate details such as designation, tenure, roles & responsibilities, and reason for exit
- Coordinate with previous employers, HR representatives, and candidates for information
- Maintain proper documentation and update verification reports in the system
- Follow defined TATs and ensure closure within timelines
- Identify discrepancies and escalate cases as required
- Ensure adherence to company policies and client-specific guidelines
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Professional and ethical approach while handling sensitive information
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–3 years of experience (freshers can be considered)
- Prior experience in BGV/verification will be an added advantage
