Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the Employment Tax Team within the Global Payroll Operations function.
- Assist senior managers in delivering employment tax support and advisory to the business (non client‑facing).
- Contribute to employment tax–related activities across multiple regions (APAC & EMEA primarily).
- Perform analytical support to help the team reach conclusions for employment tax advice.
- Work independently after initial training, taking ownership of assigned workstreams.
- Support the team during periods of limited coverage (e.g., maternity leave backfill context).
