Job details:
• 2–5 years in a communications, employer brand, employee engagement, or people marketing role — in a corporate, GCC, or fast-growth environment
• Demonstrable end-to-end ownership of at least one major employer brand or engagement initiative
• Hands-on proficiency with design tools — Canva (essential), Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
• Strong written English — you write for people, not for policies
• LinkedIn page management experience — content creation, scheduling, analytics
• Experience running employee surveys and working with data to tell a story
• Graduate degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, Psychology, or related field
