Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and action-oriented candidate to join the Employer Branding team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a flair for seamless project delivery. A solid understanding of the employer branding landscape and experience working with teams to bring content strategies to life is a must-have. This role is for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, is scrappy, and takes a hands-on approach to drive the employer branding goals for our customers
Key Responsibilities:
· Implementing EB deliverables: Coordinate and drive employer branding activities to attract top talent and enhance employee engagement.
· Internal Communications: Deploy internal communications plans and collaborate with team members to ensure the successful rollout of internal brand initiatives.
· Social Media Management: Own the social media calendar, including drafting post copy, selecting hashtags, scheduling posts, and pulling performance reports.
· Metrics Tracking: Monitor social media performance metrics to assist in optimizing active campaigns and tracking ROI.
· Reputation Management: Actively monitor and help manage employee review sites like Glassdoor, indeed, Ambition Box, etc.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to smoothly manage employer branding initiatives aligned with business objectives.
· Event Coordination: Organize and manage logistics for on-ground activities like recruitment events, employer branding workshops, and employee engagement programs.
· Reporting: Prepare regular data sheets, reports, and updates on employer branding activities to showcase their impact on talent acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
· 4-5 years of experience in marketing communications, internal communications, social media marketing, or related roles.
· Prior experience in recruitment marketing is a strong advantage.
· Proven track record of successfully managing the delivery of employer branding initiatives and campaigns.
· Strong working knowledge of social media channels, publishing tools, and standard analytics metrics.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for drafting engaging copy and content.
· Solid organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in coordinating logistics for both on-ground and online events or campaigns.
· Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently while being a dependable team player.
