Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Employer Branding Executive. The selected candidate will lead employer branding initiatives, craft effective brand strategies, create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns, and develop essential communications to strengthen the company’s position as an employer of choice. The role involves closely collaborating with HR, marketing, and leadership teams to enhance talent acquisition and promote a strong, engaging employer brand.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Employer Branding and Branding to enhance organizational reputation and cultivate employee engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative Brand Strategy initiatives.
- Strong Communication skills for creating compelling content and fostering transparent internal and external messaging.
- Proficiency in Recruitment Marketing techniques to attract top talent and create impactful employer value propositions.
- Strong analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with employer branding tools and platforms is advantageous.
