Job Title: Senior Specialist – Human Resources (Employee Relations)
📍 Location: Chennai
💼 Experience: 5–7 Years
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Specialist – HR (Employee Relations) to manage HR service delivery and employee relations initiatives across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Employee Relations (ER) service delivery through ServiceNow, query management, and case resolution.
- Design and lead employee listening initiatives, focus group discussions, skip-level meetings, and engagement forums.
- Proactively address employee grievances, concerns, and workplace issues.
- Partner with business leaders on performance management discussions and improvement plans.
- Support the resolution of disciplinary matters, grievances, involuntary separations, leave-related concerns, and other sensitive employee cases.
- Ensure consistent documentation, reporting, and tracking of employee relations cases.
- Prepare monthly ER reports and share insights based on trends and employee feedback.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership teams to ensure effective case management and communication.
- Drive implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

- Proficiency in HR case management tools and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant HR experience with a focus on Employee Relations.
