Duties and Responsibilities
- To dispose of disciplinary / behavioral cases within the prescribed timelines and handle matters related to disciplinary proceedings.
- Time bound closure of disciplinary cases.
- Preparing data as well as PPT for the Disciplinary Committee and top management.
- Handling VAS and cheque bounce cases.
- Drafting of Show Cause Notice, Charge Sheet, Personal Hearing Statement, Punishment Order, and Suspension Order.
- Discussion with various departments and procuring documents from Business Department / IAD / Vigilance Department / FPMC for initiating disciplinary proceedings.
- Preparation and maintenance of MIS related to disciplinary proceedings.
- Coordinating with the legal team on litigation / legal cases filed by delinquent employees.
- Ensuring implementation of punishment as directed by the Disciplinary Committee.
- Ensuring closure of all appeal petitions as per the provisions of the HR Policy Manual.
- Preparation of case studies for financial and non-financial cases.
- Open to travel to branches / locations for investigation purposes.
