About the Role
As an Employee Relations Manager, you will support employee relations, workplace investigations, conduct management, employee engagement, and HR operations across healthcare and RCM teams.
You will work closely with operations leaders, HR teams, compliance stakeholders, and business managers to resolve employee concerns, support workplace policies, improve employee experience, and maintain operational continuity.
This role combines employee relations, stakeholder management, HR operations, investigations, reporting, and people advisory responsibilities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Investigations
- Manage employee relations matters including workplace conduct concerns, grievances, behavioural issues, and policy-related investigations
- Conduct employee and stakeholder discussions while ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and documentation accuracy
- Support resolution of attendance, performance, disciplinary, engagement, and workplace conduct matters
- Ensure fair and timely closure of employee relations cases and escalations
HR Operations & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with operations, HR, quality, and compliance teams to support workforce stability and employee experience
- Guide managers on conflict resolution, employee conversations, documentation, and workplace practices
- Support HR governance, compliance alignment, and policy implementation activities
- Maintain employee relations dashboards, reporting trackers, and operational insights
Process Improvement & Workforce Support
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace improvement programs
- Identify ER trends, workforce concerns, and operational risk areas
- Contribute to process improvements related to employee communication, escalation handling, and people practices
- Help maintain a positive, compliant, and performance-driven work environment
Preferred Background
- 9–13 years of experience in employee relations, HR operations, HR business partnering, or workforce management
- Experience in healthcare, RCM, BPO, shared services, GCC, or large operations environments preferred
- Strong exposure to employee investigations, grievance handling, performance management, and workplace conduct matters
- Understanding of labour laws, HR policies, compliance practices, and employee engagement frameworks
- Experience handling large-scale operational or shift-based workforce environments preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- HR certifications such as SHRM, PHR, or related certifications are a plus
