Employee Relations Manager
Immediate hiring for multiple Employee Relations and HR Operations openings supporting employee engagement, workplace investigations, HR compliance, performance management, and shared services operations.

We are hiring professionals with experience in employee relations, HR operations, HRBP, compliance, workplace investigations, grievance handling, performance management, people operations, or shared services HR environments.

Responsibilities:
• Support employee relations, workplace investigations, grievance handling, HR operations, and compliance management activities
• Collaborate with HR, operations, compliance, quality, and business stakeholders to support employee engagement and workforce management initiatives
• Handle performance management discussions, policy guidance, employee escalations, documentation, and HR process coordination
• Support HR reporting, workforce analytics, employee communication, and process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain positive employee experience, operational continuity, and HR compliance standards
Eligibility:
• 5–12 years of experience in employee relations, HR operations, HRBP, people operations, compliance, shared services, BPO, GCC, or related HR environments preferred
• Experience in healthcare operations, shared services, enterprise HR, compliance, or large-scale workforce environments preferred
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, documentation, and interpersonal skills
