It is about people, culture, retention, and internal energy.

What you will drive

  • Design and run employee engagement programs
  • Strengthen culture rituals, communication, and values
  • Improve retention through structured feedback loops
  • Build onboarding and early-tenure experience
  • Work closely with founders to shape leadership culture
  • Create initiatives that make CodeVyasa a place people stay and grow

  • Have experience in employee engagement, HRBP, or people experience
