We Are Hiring: HR Executive - Employee Relations and Engagement (Gurgaon)
AirIQ is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our Human Resources team as an Executive - Employee Engagement. If you have a passion for creating an inclusive workplace culture, fostering employee well-being, and driving retention, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive Employee Engagement calendar aligned with organizational goals and values.
- Event Execution: Organize and coordinate corporate events, including Town Halls, Talent Hunts, Sports Leagues, and wellness initiatives.
- Retention & Analytics: Conduct regular satisfaction surveys, analyze data to identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies to improve employee retention.
- Recognition Programs: Manage internal Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs to celebrate team milestones and achievements.
- Internal Communication: Partner with internal teams to ensure clear and consistent communication regarding all culture and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR with a specific focus on employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and current workplace trends.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and database management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Location & Availability: Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Gurgaon and comfortable working a 6-day work week schedule.
