Profile Summary:
Employee and Organization Data specialist role is created to service all Employee data management related processes and transactions on SuccessFactors platform for the designated geography as per the set service level agreements.
• Be a custodian of the employee and enterprise master data on SuccessFactors platform for allocated
geography’s employee base
• Responsible to keep workforce data management process flows and Standard operating procedures (SOP) updated as per the process changes post signoff from process owners
• Record knowledge transfer (KT) documents, get the signoff from process owners on Employee Data
Management process objectives and service level agreements
• Responsible to collaborate with HR Business Partners, Employees and Managers for successful processing of the Employee and Organization Master Data changes workflows
• Ensure workflow processing happened in alignment with prevailing policies in the respective country
• Escalate long pending employee data management (EDM) issues to Business & HR Leaders and bring it to closure
• Deliver timely operational reports & Gather and document reporting requirements
• Work with process subject matter experts from each functional team
• Assist in designing insightful report views (excel-based or tool-based or dashboards) for Internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Work with other teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve performance results.
• Perform RCAs of various service issues.
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) on reporting analysis performed by other reporting groups as needed
• Maintain reports inventory
• Manage reporting change requests
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Any Domain & Post Graduation or master’s in human resource management
• 5+ Years of experience in HR [2+ years in Employee & Org data Management Experience]
• Experience a lead in HR Shared Services environment preferably to international clients
• Proficiency in administrating SuccessFactors employee central module transactions for large employee base is Must
Knowledge Skills and Attitude
• Previous Experience of HR processes administration on HCM platforms like SuccessFactors e.t.c.
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite of applications and ability handle and understand large pool of data
• Excellent interpersonal skills, Strong customer orientation, Resilient and able to work under pressure
• Good organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills, Continuous improvement mindset, Demonstrate high
levels of confidentiality
• Flexibility to work in Shifts, Exceptional Written and Verbal English proficiency
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills, Proficient with Business Excellence Practices, business partnering skills
• Positive attitude towards life, passionate about people development, holds higher standards of integrity and
human rights
• Good Excel skills and should have worked in Power BI and Success factor
