Key Responsibilities

- Lead employee engagement: Plan and execute Employee connects, volunteering, celebrations, team activities
- Foster inclusive culture: promote positivity, belonging, and cross-team collaboration
- Deliver exceptional service: Rapid response/resolution for employee requests (workspace, events, benefits)
- Create communication assets: Newsletters, posters, digital updates to keep employees informed and excited
- Onboard new hires warmly: Ensure smooth first-day experiences with prepared workspaces and team introductions
- Anticipate needs and exceed expectations daily
Qualifications
Your Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's in HR, Behavioral Science or related field with 3+ years experience in HR or Administrative roles
- Proven passion for creating memorable employee experiences
- Exceptional communication/organization + multitasking in fast-paced settings
- Proactive problem-solver with "Can Do" mindset, independence, fast learning
