Senior Product Manager

Empllo is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of key product initiatives. You will work closely with the engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact solutions that delight our customers. Key responsibilities include: - Defining the product roadmap and driving the end-to-end product development lifecycle - Conducting user research, competitive analysis, and market validation to inform product decisions - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute on product requirements - Analyzing product performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product - Communicating the product vision, roadmap, and key initiatives to stakeholders Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a product manager in a B2B/SaaS environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience working in an agile environment - Technical background or understanding of software development a plus
