About the role

As a "Technical Account Management Intern", you will be the bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth account management, financial oversight, and business growth. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding financial aspects, and assisting in strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities - Account Management: Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. - Financial Analysis: Support financial planning, revenue tracking, and account budgeting. - Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing insights. - Technical Liaison: Work closely with the technical team to convey client requirements and ensure product alignment. - Market Research & Reporting: Analyze trends, competitor strategies, and provide insights for business growth. - Documentation & Communication: Maintain account reports, client presentations, and business performance updates. Education: - MBA (Finance/Marketing) from a reputed B-School with strong analytical skills OR - Engineering Graduate (CS/IT preferred) with excellent communication and business acumen. Skills: - Strong financial understanding with an analytical mindset. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . - Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude. - Basic understanding of AI/Tech products (preferred, but not mandatory). - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
