Project Specialist - dnata Cargo

As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for a dynamic portfolio of projects across Emirates Group from inception to successful implementation and adoption. You will manage internal and external stakeholders including customers and vendors. In this role, you will: Oversee strategic business projects in compliance with PMO guidelines. Organise and prioritise multiple projects, assigning resources based on effort assessment. Lead, inspire, and motivate cross-functional teams, providing performance assessments and support. Foster relationships with team members and stakeholders to drive business value. Act as an SME, coaching and developing others across the company. Shape strategy through insightful and innovative recommendations, and review project portfolio progress to enable management decisions. Identify and deliver business process improvements, facilitate change management, and assess the impact of change, risks, and interdependencies. Proactively manage project risks, implementing agreed mitigation strategies. Ensure project deliverables are met, adapting approach when necessary, and quantify project benefits using standard financial tools.
