This role is designed for students who are looking to develop essential employ ability skills in a short time frame. The program covers the following key areas: Self-Reliance: Developing self-management skills, readiness to take on responsibility, adaptability, resilience, and effective time management. People Skills: Building teamwork abilities, enhancing communication skills, active listening and questioning techniques, showing respect for others, and contributing meaningfully to discussions. General Employment Skills: Strengthening problem-solving capabilities, literacy, and the application of numeracy in a professional environment. Specialist Skills: Gaining business and customer awareness, as well as applying information technology in practical settings. Each student will be expected to use their initiative and engage in self-directed learning within a supportive environment. Upon completion of the internship, a certification of completion will be awarded.
