Emirates Airport Services You'll be responsible for delivering the Fly Better experience to our customers as soon as they arrive at the airport. Through their check-in, how we handle their baggage and finally boarding their flight at Terminal 3. An attitude of putting the customer first and dedication to providing a quality experience will ensure that our passengers have an enjoyable journey with us from start to finish. marhaba service agents As a marhaba service agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional travel assistance services to our customers. Whether they're VIPs, a marhaba guest, an unaccompanied minor, or a passenger with special needs, marhaba service agents are dedicated to ensuring that each customer receives the highest level of care and attention throughout their journey. Contact Centre As a Contact Centre agent you'll be the voice of Emirates, providing our customers with accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services. In this important role you'll provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to inquiries either through various digital communication channels, such as chat and social media platforms or through voice support.
