Job Responsibilities Lead a team of software developers to design, implement, and maintain scalable applications using Node.js, React.js, GraphQL, and TypeScript. Guide the architectural design and technical strategy for software projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and deliver innovative software solutions. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure adherence to development best practices. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve product offerings. Skills and Qualifications Must-Have 6-9 years of experience in software development, particularly with Node.js and React.js. Strong understanding of GraphQL and its integration. Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript programming. Excellent experience in leading technology projects and teams in a hybrid work environment. Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Experience with cloud services, such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools. Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.
