Job Summary
Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Director of Curriculum and Instruction will assist with California State Standards implementation, and provide ongoing support for the district and school sites. The Director will also provide support for the creation and annual update of the local control accountability plan (LCAP), as well as for the development of specific Career Technical Education programs and work-based learning opportunities at the Middle School and High School. The Director of Instructional Programs shall have curricular, instructional, data, assessment, and other managerial responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
· Valid California Administrative Services Credential
· Valid California Teaching Credential
· Masters Degree preferred
· Experience as a site administrator preferred
· A strong background in math and/or science and/or literacy in the use of data
· Familiarity with the instructional shifts in California State Standards, MTSS, and researched best practices
· Fingerprint and Tuberculosis clearances as required by law

Salary Info
In addition to salary, an annual contribution of $17,316 - $34,032 is made toward medical benefits.
