Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Emergency Management Specialist based in Noida. The Emergency Management Specialist will oversee and manage emergency preparedness programs, coordinate with emergency services, and implement effective response strategies. Key responsibilities include developing training programs, managing emergency scenarios, supervising response efforts, and maintaining a state of readiness to ensure safety and compliance with established standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Emergency Management and Preparedness
- Experience with Emergency Services and related operations
- Proven Supervisory Skills in emergency or operational settings
- Ability to design and deliver effective Training programs
- Proactive approach to strategic planning and crisis response
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with local, national, and international emergency management protocols is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, or a related field preferred
