Quality Controller

This is a temp-to-hire position with advancement opportunities into Team Leader for top performers. We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Controller (QC) to join our manufacturing team, with a focus on Incoming and Outgoing Quality Control processes. In this role, you will help ensure that all raw materials and finished goods meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications. You will work in a structured, compliance-driven environment and collaborate closely with production teams. Key Responsibilities: Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and packaging for damage, accuracy, and compliance with specifications Perform visual and dimensional inspection using measuring tools Document and report non-conforming materials and initiate proper corrective actions Conduct final inspection of finished products prior to shipping Verify labeling, packaging, and documentation match order requirements Perform random in-process audits on production lines to ensure quality consistency Maintain inspection logs, reports, and records in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company SOPs, and applicable safety regulations Collaborate with team leads and quality engineers on root cause analysis and continuous improvement Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. 1+ year of experience in Quality Control, Inspection, or related field required Experience with basic measuring tools and inspection documentation Understanding of Incoming / Outgoing QC processes in a manufacturing setting Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and work in a structured, regulated environment Work Environment: Exposure to loud noises, dust, moving machinery, and varying temperatures Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn as required Physical Requirements: Stand, walk, bend, and reach continuously during shift Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs throughout the day Use hands and eyes to perform visual and manual inspections with precision Working Hours: 2-2-3 Rotaing shift / 7:50 AM(PM) – 8:00 PM(AM) Location: 700 N 55th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85043
