Job Description:
- Handle day-to-day embryology laboratory operations and IVF procedures.
- Perform oocyte handling, sperm preparation, fertilization, embryo culture, grading, and cryopreservation.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with laboratory protocols.
- Monitor embryo development and maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Coordinate with fertility specialists and clinical teams for treatment planning.
- Maintain high standards of laboratory safety, hygiene, and documentation.
Key Requirements:
- M.Sc. in Embryology.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with 500+ procedures.
- Strong knowledge of IVF/ICSI, embryo culture, vitrification, and cryopreservation.
