Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Embryologist, based in Bengaluru. The Embryologist will be responsible for performing laboratory procedures including handling gametes and embryos, assisting with in vitro fertilization (IVF) and other assisted reproduction techniques, andrology procedures, and maintaining laboratory standards. The role also involves meticulous sample preparation, monitoring of embryo development, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) techniques and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)
- Strong laboratory skills and expertise in handling gametes and embryos
- Familiarity with andrology practices and procedures
- Solid understanding of medical principles related to embryology and reproductive medicine
- Attention to detail, ability to maintain precise records, and a commitment to maintaining high laboratory standards
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, ensuring effective collaboration with medical and clinical teams
- Professional certification in Embryology or related fields; advanced degrees are an advantage
- Prior experience in a fertility clinic or reproductive health center is preferred
