To be a successful Crossover Supervisor you must become able to do the following always: 
1.    Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for staff and those served through knowledge, sensitivity, respect, and a focus on resilience and recovery.
2.    Ensure that the transportation and placement need of all clients are appropriately provided. Work closely with the Department of Children and Families (DCF, courts, providers, permanency services teams, and other stakeholders to ensure quality services, responsiveness, and contract compliance regarding crossover youth.  Participate in crossover committees, meetings, and initiatives. 
3.    Provide services to assist in the achievement of state outcomes relevant to the position. Provide services that result in timely and safe achievement of goals for youth and families. 
4.    Provide direct supervision and support of supervisees utilizing the Company’s model for supervision, Supervision for Success. 
5.    Create and monitor budget for department financial success. 
6.    Review and approve required documents and reports as needed.
7.    Provide coaching utilizing the Crossover Youth Practice Model.
8.    Partner with the Data Services Department on the Electronic Health Record (EHR) processes and workflows.
9.    Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Company’s Program Practice Guidelines.
10.    Participate in supervisory on-call rotation.

Requirements

To qualify for this job, you need to have:
1.    Associates Degree or higher required. Bachelor’s degree in social work or comparable human service field preferred.
2.    One year successful experience in direct service or case management in child welfare or similar. One year successful Supervisory experience preferred.
3.    21 years of age.  Must pass a background check and physical and drug screening.
4.    This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance and the ability to travel, driving company or personal vehicle including at night. 
5.    Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.  
6.    The employee is subject to outside environmental conditions occasionally, and inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change. (Physical working requirements).
