About the role

We are seeking a proactive, organised part-time Project Coordinator to help support the smooth delivery of several concurrent projects. You'll play a key role in coordinating workstreams, maintaining documentation, managing communications, and helping ensure our clients and teams stay aligned. This is a 6-month fixed-term, part-time position (20-30 hours per week), ideal for someone looking to grow their project support skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Final hours will be openly discussed during the interview process. You'll work closely with our cybersecurity, infrastructure, and innovation workstreams, providing coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor progress across multiple workstreams. Support the coordination and delivery of cybersecurity and client initiatives. Track project risks and issues, support mitigation actions, and escalate when needed. Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned. Maintain project documentation and oversee key administrative project processes. Assist with reporting and updates to internal teams and clients. Support workshops, meetings, and other project-related activities by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking actions with the potential to take on facilitation responsibilities as the role develops.
