Azure Engineer Level 2

• 4+ years of experience in customer and technical support
• Good working knowledge on Azure and Azure related technologies.
• Managing Azure Tenants, VM, Storage and Network operations
• Infra Monitoring
• System Administration up to Level 1
• Understanding of Virtualization concepts and virtual system administration
• Experience with Hyper-V or VMWare configuration and administration
• Windows Server OS Administration up to Level 1
• Windows scripting or PowerShell
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Security, OS Internals concepts
• Familiarity with IIS and HTTP protocol
• Understanding of Storage technologies (cloud and/or on premises)
• Understanding of RDP/SSH
• Handle Level L1 issues and adhere to escalation matrix
• Understanding and follow ITSM / ITGC process
• ITSM tool for ticketing
• Coordinate with L2 / L3 team for escalation
• Maintaining good client relations.
• Tracking and managing work records.
• Compiling job reports.
