Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Embedded Systems & IoT Trainer to conduct professional training sessions in Telugu and English. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in embedded systems, IoT development, microcontrollers, robotics, and PCB design. The trainer should be capable of delivering practical, industry-oriented training through live demonstrations, hardware interfacing, and real-world IoT projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging Embedded Systems and IoT training sessions for B.Tech. and Diploma Students
- Teach Embedded C concepts, microcontroller programming, and IoT application development.
- Deliver practical training using Microchip PIC, AVR, STM32 microcontrollers, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESPressif and Robotics.
- Train students on circuit simulation and analysis.
- Guide students in PCB design and Circuit Design using PCB Design Tools.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, lab exercises, assignments, and project documentation.
- Mentor students in developing real-time IoT and embedded system projects.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical assessments, and project reviews.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in Embedded Systems, IoT, and Robotics.
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Embedded Systems, IoT Development, Robotics, Electronics Design, Technical Training.
- Prior experience in technical training is must.
- Experience in developing real-time embedded or IoT projects will be an added advantage.

- WiFI, LoRA, WiSUN, GSM, RFID, GPS, etc. IoT Protocols and Sensor Integration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Telugu Both.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to explain complex embedded and IoT concepts, troubleshoot learner challenges, and support project-based learning.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to deliver clear instruction, present technical content, and engage effectively with diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess training and training & development skills to design curricula, structure workshops, and apply modern instructional methods and assessment techniques.
- Candidates with relevant training experience or exposure to disciplined technical environments will be valued for their structured approach to teaching and learning.
- Beneficial qualifications include a degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, along with hands-on experience in embedded systems, microcontrollers, IoT platforms, and basic programming (such as C/C++, Python).
- Additional desirable skills include familiarity with EV systems, battery management, IoT communication protocols, use of development boards (e.g., Arduino, STM, ESP), and the ability to create lab setups and project demonstrations.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple batches or programs, and maintain an inclusive, learner-centerd classroom environment.
