Job Summary
We are looking for Embedded Systems / Arduino Engineers to support an industrial automation and production monitoring project involving machine integration, controller programming, and communication with production tracking software.
The role involves working closely with plant teams, integrating machines with embedded controllers, and supporting deployment in a live manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and modify Arduino / microcontroller programs
- Support machine integration with monitoring / tracking software
- Handle communication protocols (Serial / RS485 / Bluetooth / UART)
- Assist in PLC to Arduino migration where required
- Perform wiring, calibration, and bench testing
- Support production rollout and troubleshooting
- Work with plant engineers during deployment
- Debug firmware and hardware integration issues
- Maintain documentation for machine integration
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Arduino / Embedded C / Microcontrollers
- Experience with Serial / UART / RS485 / Bluetooth communication
- Basic understanding of PLC / industrial automation
- Experience in machine interfacing / hardware integration
- Ability to work in plant / shop floor environment
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing / automotive environment
- Knowledge of Modbus / industrial protocols
- Experience with wiring / panel / sensors
- Familiarity with production monitoring / SCADA / IoT systems
