About Agrpujya LLP
We are an ambitious engineering and project startup focused on Energy, Assets, and Systems. We design, manufacture, install and commission solar systems, high-reliability power electronics, advanced diagnostic instrumentation, and predictive maintenance solutions tailored for heavy transit infrastructure and critical industrial networks.
Our current roadmap focuses on deploying high-voltage power conversion hardware and building a suite of specialized, real-time safety, isolation, and degradation-tracking monitors, alongside our existing solar installation projects.
The Role: A True Full-Stack Hardware Pioneer
We operate with the agility, swiftness, and financial discipline of an early-stage startup. We do not have the luxury of bureaucratic silos; we require a single, highly dedicated technical force who can conceptualize a circuit, write the firmware to drive it, and step out onto the field to ensure it operates flawlessly in the real world.
You will not be confined to a desk or a single job title. You will be the technical anchor for our laboratory R&D while simultaneously serving as the on-ground operations in-charge for our parallel site executions. We demand swift deliverables and uncompromised quality, and in return, we offer unparalleled engineering autonomy and a direct stake in the company's long-term success.
Core Responsibilities
1. Hardware Architecture & PCB Layout
- Design complete schematics and multi-layer PCBs for high-voltage, high-current DC power electronics systems (operating up to 500V DC switching topologies).
- Select industrial-grade, ruggedized components optimized for extreme thermal and electrical environments while managing the Bill of Materials (BOM) strictly within startup budget constraints.
- Ensure hardware layouts account for low noise, proper galvanic isolation, signal integrity, and future regulatory infrastructure compliance.
2. Embedded Firmware Development
- Write, test, and deploy bare-metal C/C++ firmware for essential power-tracking logic and minimum viable product (MVP) functionalities.
- Implement complex digital signal processing (DSP) and mathematical algorithms, including closed-loop control loops (PID) and statistical equations for state-of-health tracking.
- Develop real-time telemetry logic to interface with physical display modules and visual indicators to report system metrics, operational state, and active system faults.
3. On-Ground Operations & Site Execution
- Act as the primary Operations In-Charge for pilot projects and field installations at institutional and network infrastructure sites.
- Personally oversee structural mounting, heavy-gauge site wiring, and full electrical commissioning of deployed systems.
- Perform real-time troubleshooting, sensor calibration, and field-level hardware/firmware patching to ensure immediate, successful project delivery on-site.
