🔍 About the Role
We are looking for experienced AUTOSAR 4.5 BSW Developers with strong expertise in Diagnostics, Failure Management, and NvM Development. The role involves working on embedded automotive software solutions for ADAS Video/Radar product lines using C++ and following ASPICE-compliant development processes.

✅ Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain AUTOSAR 4.5 BSW components
• Design and implement Diagnostics, Failure Management, and NvM modules
• Perform embedded software development using C++
• Work on ADAS Video / Radar product line BSW software development
• Follow ASPICE software development processes
• Collaborate with system, integration, and validation teams
• Debug, analyze, and optimize software performance and reliability
• Support software integration, testing, and issue resolution activities
🛠️ Mandatory Technical Skills
✅ AUTOSAR 4.5 BSW Development
• Strong hands-on experience in AUTOSAR 4.5 BSW
• Expertise in Diagnostics, Failure Management, and NvM development
• Good understanding of automotive embedded software architecture
✅ Strong C++ Expertise
• Proficiency in embedded C++ software development
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
✅ Process & Domain Knowledge
• Experience working in ASPICE-driven development environments
• Understanding of automotive software development lifecycle and quality processes
⭐ Preferred Skills
• Experience in ADAS Video and/or Radar product line BSW software development
• Exposure to safety-critical automotive applications
• Familiarity with ECU software integration and embedded platforms
