🔍 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AUTOSAR 4.5 BSW Developer with strong expertise in embedded automotive software development and C++. This role involves working on advanced ADAS Video/Radar product lines, developing safety-critical Basic Software (BSW) modules, and contributing to next-generation automotive solutions.

✅ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AUTOSAR 4.5 Basic Software (BSW) components
- Design and implement Diagnostics modules, Failure Management solutions, and NvM (Non-Volatile Memory) components.
- Perform embedded software development using C++
- Work on ADAS Video / Radar product line software development
- Follow ASPICE-compliant software development processes
- Collaborate with system, integration, validation, and architecture teams
- Debug, analyze, and optimize software performance, stability, and reliability
- Support software integration, testing, and issue resolution activities
🛠️ Mandatory Technical Skills
✅ AUTOSAR 4.5 BSW Development
- Strong hands-on experience in AUTOSAR 4.5 BSW, Diagnostics, Failure Management, and NvM Development.
- Good understanding of automotive embedded software architecture
✅ Strong C++ Expertise
- Proficiency in embedded C++ development
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with performance optimization and software reliability
✅ Automotive & Process Knowledge
- Experience working in ASPICE-driven development environments
- Understanding of automotive software development lifecycle and quality processes
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Experience in ADAS Video and/or Radar product line BSW software development
- Exposure to safety-critical automotive applications
- Familiarity with ECU software integration and embedded platforms
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols and diagnostics workflows
