Responsibilities
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in:
- V4L2 (Video for Linux 2) driver development.
- Android multimedia frameworks (Camera, MediaPlayer, Codec2/OMX).
- Video Drivers (kernel-level, I2C/CSI/DSI, DMA, memory management).
- Video Codecs (integration, tuning, and optimization).
- Strong C/C++ programming skills with solid OS concepts.
- Experience with Linux kernel internals and device tree.
- Familiarity with Android HAL, HIDL/AIDL, and Treble architecture.
- Understanding of color formats, resolution scaling, and buffer management (ION/DMABUF).
Qualifications
- BTech/MTech in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field from a reputable college.
