About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Embedded Engineer (Hardware & Firmware Generalist) to join our on-site engineering team in Ghaziabad. This position is ideal for early-career engineers (0–2 years of experience) who enjoy working hands-on with hardware, developing firmware, and taking ideas from concept to working prototype in a lab-driven, collaborative environment.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team developing cutting-edge systems across Robotics, UAVs, UGVs, UUVs, IoT, Embedded Systems, and 3D Printing.

Formal degrees or certifications are not mandatory; however, a strong project portfolio, practical experience, and solid conceptual understanding are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and validate embedded hardware and systems for robotics, UAVs, UGVs, and IoT applications.
- Prototyping, development, assembly and engineering of UAV/UGV/Robotics prototypes and equipment, including control systems, sensor integration, and communication modules.
- Develop and test embedded firmware in C/C++ for a variety of microcontrollers (STM32, ATmega, PIC, ARM64, etc.).
- Perform hardware bring-up, lab testing, and debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
- Analyze datasheets, schematics, and reference manuals to design robust, optimized embedded solutions.
- Work closely with mechanical, electronics, and firmware teams to take projects from concept through validation and deployment.
- Participate in lab-based experimentation, system integration, and design reviews.
- Gain exposure to advanced technologies such as AI/ML integration, FPGA design, RF hardware, RISC-V, and ASIC development.
Technical Requirements
Hardware Design
- Exposure in KiCad (preferred), Eagle, or Altium.
- Strong hardware debugging and rework skills in a lab environment.
Firmware Development
- Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++ with solid object-oriented programming skills.
- Working knowledge of Python, NumPy, and OpenCV for testing and automation.
- Understanding of UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and other communication protocols.
- Experience using Git and common embedded toolchains (Keil, STM32CubeIDE, PlatformIO, etc.).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A strong portfolio showcasing embedded or robotics projects.
- Demonstrated passion for hardware prototyping, robotics, and autonomous systems.
- Excellent hands-on skills with test and measurement equipment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-driven lab setup.
- 0–2 years of professional or academic project experience in embedded development.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to build, test, and iterate.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to mechanical design, thermal management, or product enclosure integration.
- Experience with aerospace or robotics systems, or participation in technical competitions (e.g., UAV/UGV challenges).
