Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for an Embedded Electronics Trainer, based in Mysore. The role involves training and mentoring students in the field of electronics and embedded systems, developing course materials, and conducting interactive sessions to ensure participants gain hands-on experience. The trainer will assist in enhancing students’ analytical and technical skills, provide industry-specific insights, and assess trainees' progress through assignments and evaluations. Collaboration with other instructors and career advisors is also a part of the role to ensure comprehensive skill development for learners.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electronics, Electricity, and Electrical Engineering concepts
- Strong Analytical Skills to solve technical problems and guide students effectively
- Effective Communication skills to convey complex topics in an accessible and engaging manner
- Experience in using embedded systems and hands-on knowledge of industry-relevant tools and technologies
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience in the field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Passion for skill development and training students to succeed in a technical career
