Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Emarsys Data Entry Consultants to support our pilot project in Korea, with potential expansion to other countries. The consultants will primarily work on replicating and preparing email templates within Emarsys, ensuring smooth localisation workflows in collaboration with regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Copy and paste English email templates into the Korean Emarsys site.
- Replicate templates and coordinate with the Korea team for translation (consultants are not required to speak Korean).
- Extract content blocks from emails and send them to the local team for translation.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in template replication across Emarsys.
- Collaborate with global teams; business communication will be conducted in English.
- Contribute to the pilot project that will serve as a model for future country rollouts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Emarsys (minimum 5 years).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English (business communication).
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
