Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Email Support Representative - Finance for a full-time, remote opportunity. In this role, you will provide first-class email-based support to customers regarding finance-related inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage customer concerns to ensure their satisfaction. You will also collaborate with internal teams, track and resolve issues timely, and maintain proper documentation of customer interactions for ongoing support improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, ensuring a high level of service and experience.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting, with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Sharp Analytical Skills to identify and address customer concerns and improve support processes.
- Excellent Communication skills, including concise and professional written correspondence.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a finance-related support role or familiarity with financial processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM and email ticketing tools is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education in finance, business, or a related field is an advantage.
