Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Email Support Executive. This is a full-time remote role, where you will provide exceptional email-based support to clients, address their inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner. Responsibilities include responding promptly to customer emails, maintaining accurate records, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by adhering to service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to manage customer inquiries effectively and update necessary records accurately.
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette to handle client correspondence in a professional and clear manner.
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document management and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Experience with customer support systems and tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or customer service are beneficial.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
