Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Email Support Executive – Australia. The role involves managing and responding to customer inquiries via email, providing timely and accurate solutions to customer concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, escalating complex issues to relevant teams, and assisting in identifying areas for process improvement within the support function. The Email Support Executive will be expected to uphold professional communication and collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Demonstrated ability in Clerical Skills and organizational tasks
- Proven attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Experience in email support or customer service is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in using customer support tools and software is a plus
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is desirable
