Technical Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience with Email Security & M365 Security
- Expertise in phishing, BEC, malware protection, and email authentication
- Experience with email security platforms such as Microsoft Defender for O365, Proofpoint, Check Point, Cisco, FortiMail
- Working knowledge of SOC operations and SIEM integration
Experience
- 5–10 years in cybersecurity, with 3+ years in email security
- Proven experience delivering design → implementation → BAU handover
- Customer‑facing delivery experience in large enterprise environments
Soft Skills
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to train and enable operations teams
- Ownership mindset and stakeholder management capability
Profile description:
Key Deliverables
- Email Security Architecture (HLD / LLD)
- Implemented and tuned email security solution
- BAU runbooks and SOPs
- Training & KT sign‑off
- Formal handover to SOC / Operations
