Experience: 3–6 years
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: Rotational | 24×7
Notice Period: Immediate
Key Skills & Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in Email Operations, Email Security, Trust & Safety, SOC environments
- Strong expertise in spam & abuse mitigation
- Hands-on experience with Splunk, SIEM. EDR
- Strong understanding of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Experience managing operations in a 24×7 environment
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience with Proofpoint and email security workflows is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure SLA, productivity, and quality targets are consistently achieved
- Monitor and analyze trends in spam, phishing, spoofing, and email abuse
- Drive proactive mitigation strategies and security improvements
- Conduct incident reviews, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Leverage Splunk to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and other email security standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multi-vendor partners
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation
