Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District for an Email Process/Customer Support professional. The role involves managing and responding to customer emails, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely manner. The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills alongside a focus on improving support processes and managing customer interactions efficiently.
